II. Dates and venues of competitions

 

1. Competitions are ongoing on Facebook www.facebook.com/luxuryledlights and on Instagram www.instagram.com/luxury.led/

2. The date of the specific competition is specified in the given competition entry

 

III. Contestants:

 

Any person who has turned 18 years of age, has an active profile on Facebook or Instagram and has met the conditions of the competition stated in the given competition entry can participate in the competition.

 

IV. Participation in the competition and determination of the winner:

 

Entrants enter the competition to win prizes by completing the competition task in the current competition post on the Luxury Led Lights profile wall on Facebook or Instagram.

The winner can be chosen by lottery or by an expert jury. An expert jury composed of representatives of the organizer will select the winners who, according to it, fulfilled the given topic in the best or most interesting way. Their number is specified in the given competition entry.

The competition organizer is entitled to exclude from the competition contestants who do not meet the competition conditions, violate the competition conditions or act contrary to good morals.

 

V. Winning the competition, handing over the prize:

 

The winner can pick up the prize in person, or through a representative, after agreement with the contest organizer, or by receiving the shipment sent by the contest organizer via a courier company. The organizer of the competition will hand over the prize to the winner no later than 30 days after the winner has been drawn, unless otherwise agreed with the winner. If the winner does not provide the competition organizer with the necessary cooperation within 30 days from the notification by the competition organizer, or if the prize is not properly handed over and received according to the agreement with the competition organizer, the winner loses the right to the prize. If the winner refuses the prize, he/she loses the right to the prize and the competition organizer is entitled to draw another winner. If the contest organizer fails to contact the winner, the winner loses the right to win and the contest organizer is entitled to draw another contestant.

 

VI. Processing of personal data and personal rights:

 

In accordance with the applicable law on the protection of personal data, the contestant grants the contest organizer consent to the processing of his personal data, which he will provide to the organizer during the contest for the purpose of conducting the contest and evaluating its results. Consent is granted for the duration of the competition and 3 months after its end, unless a special law provides otherwise. The contestant acknowledges that he has the right to information on the status of processing, a description of the data and other rights according to the Personal Data Protection Act. At the same time, he declares that the information he provided to the contest organizer is true. The contestant agrees that the organizer of the contest will publish on Facebook Luxury Led Lights or on Instagram luxury.led the name of the winner under which the winner is registered on these social networks as part of this contest.

 

VII. Final provisions:

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition and undertakes to fully comply with them. The contest organizer reserves the right to change these contest conditions or to extend or terminate the contest early. A change to the competition conditions is effective by publishing it directly in the competition conditions. The organizer of the contest is not responsible for any technical problems arising during the transfer of data by electronic means or for possible problems with the functionality of the social networks Facebook and Instagram. By participating in the contest, the contestant expresses his consent to these terms of the contest and undertakes to comply with them in full.
